Wipro Q3 results: Wipro net profit rises 24.5 percent in Q3; How much is the dividend..?

Wipro Q3 results: Information technology (IT) services giant Wipro Limited has announced the results for the third quarter (Q3FY25) of the financial year ended December. In Q3, the company’s consolidated net profit increased by 24.5 percent year-on-year to Rs 3,353.8 crore. At the same time last year, Wipro company had earned a profit of Rs 2,694.2 crore. Consolidated net profit increased by 4.5 percent sequentially. Meanwhile, Wipro shares closed 2.17 per cent down at Rs 281.80 on BSE on Friday.

The IT company’s consolidated revenue for the quarter ended December (Q3FY25) stood at Rs 22,319 crore. Last year the company’s Q3 revenue was Rs 22,205 crore. Also, in the second quarter of this financial year, Wipro Limited had Rs. Revenue of Rs 22,302 crore.

Along with the third quarter financial results, Wipro also declared dividend to eligible equity shareholders on Friday. Wipro filed a regulatory filing declaring an interim dividend of Rs 6 per equity share. Shareholders of the company will get an interim dividend of Rs 6 for each equity share of face value Rs 2 held by them. Meanwhile, the record date for payment of this dividend has been fixed as January 28, 2025.
