Puri Jagannath brought NTR back to success with the film Temper. Made with a budget of Rs 35 crore, this film collected more than Rs 75 crore.

NTR’s acting, dialogue delivery and behavior in the role of a corrupt police officer impressed fans. The film Temper was remade in Bollywood and Tamil language. This film had collected more than Rs 400 crore in Bollywood alone.

Ravi Teja is going to make a film on the story of Temper film which is taken from NTR’s flop films. After the title and director were decided, the film was stopped and this story reached NTR. Director Meher Ramesh has planned to make a good mass action film with Ravi Teja in the time of 2014.

At that time he liked the story of Temper told by Vakkantam Vamsi and he locked the same script for his film. The title of this film has also been decided as Power. Ravi Teja also gave the green signal to make the film with Mehar Ramesh because he liked the story of Temper. Pre-production work also lasted for several years. The shooting of the film was stopped at the time of its commencement due to budget and other reasons.

The pairing of Ravi Teja and Mehar Ramesh did not work. This power title was used for Ravi Teja and Bobby Kalaika’s film. After that, this angry story came to the silver screen as a film, with Puri Jagannadh joining the cast and NTR giving the green signal.

Ravi Teja left Patas film for Meher Ramesh’s film. Anil Ravipudi, who is trying to become a director, told Ravi Teja the story of Pataas which he had prepared.
