Fake notes in Hundi: Money scam in Kamareddy district.. Temple is found in Hundi!

Fake notes created panic in Gandhari mandal of Kamareddy district. There is Lakshmamma temple in Chadmal Tanda of the mandal. Like every year, this year too the annual festival was organized under the auspices of the temple committee. The anniversary was celebrated from 13th to 15th of this month. Donations from devotees and cash of the society have collected around Rs 1 crore.

Interest for local people..

As per the decision of the elders of Chadmal Tanda…they have been paying interest to the local people for years. The borrowers have paid the principal amount and interest to the temple committee members from 1st to 10th of this month. Also, the gifts kept in Hundi and the cash of the temple committee were kept with the committee secretary Gopal. From 15th of this month, money started being given to the people of Tanda in the form of interest.

So far so good…the real twist came here. Two to three fake notes were found in each borrower’s bundle of money. The secretary interrogated Gopal on this. But Gopal changed them by saying that he must have come in Hundi. But some people complained to the police. This incident came to light late.

It was told that all three people have been arrested and interrogated in this case. Amidst the trend of fake notes on social media, the police has revealed that some people have been called and they are being interrogated. The victims say they found fake notes of Rs 500 among the money borrowed from the temple committee and immediately lodged a complaint at the Gandhari police station.

No matter what steps the authorities take, people who are addicted to embezzlement are looking for new people to circulate fake currency. Banknotes were introduced in Bansuvada and Bichkunda areas. For years, fraud has been going on in this area without anyone knowing. This matter has come to light recently through the internal communication system of the police.

Recently the police received information that a businessman in Bichkunda is doing business of fake notes. Therefore the police kept surveillance on him. Who is he meeting? Information was collected about how he was preparing the stolen notes. Gutturattu was done after getting complete information. Police came to know that he was sending fake notes from Hyderabad to Bansuwara and from there to Bichkunda.
