Inideramma Atmiya Bharosa: Inideramma’s petition in High Court on Inderma Spiritual Assurance Scheme.. This is the reason!
REVANT Government launched Inideramma Sparity Assurance Scheme on 26 January. The petition was filed in the High Court the next day. A person named Gavinola Srinivas of Narayanpet has filed a people’s initiative on the Indrima Spiritual Assurance Scheme.

The petitioner explained to the court that the scheme was issued to laborers in Kevalam rural areas. Farmers are not paying dub in towns and municipalities. The court has brought into notice that more than 8 lakh farmer laborers are suffering from 129 municipalities. It is not possible to implement the scheme for those in villages.
High Court’s order to CS.
The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Supreme Court judgments to be given to those in Kevalam villages by the court. On this petition, the Chief Justice has ordered the government to take a decision on the implementation of the Spiritual Assurance Scheme within four weeks. The Telangana Supreme Court has issued a direction to the Secretary to the Prime Minister to this extent.
Who is eligible?
The rules for Inideramma Spiritual Assurance Scheme are as follows.
1. Landlords in their name in the portal.
2. Must have a guaranteed job, a bank account.
3. Aadhar card link is necessary for bank passbook.
4.2023-24 Must have worked for at least 20 days in the Employment Guarantee Scheme.
5. There should be no objection to the resolution of the Gram Panchayat.

According to the Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Department, 29 lakh laborers in the state do not have any agricultural land. On the other hand, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy recently directed officials to select as beneficiaries those who have guaranteed 20 days of employment in a year. As part of the employment guarantee scheme, it was revealed that around 10 lakh laborers worked for 20 days in the financial year 2023-24. Officials estimate that beneficiaries will receive Rs. Financial assistance will need to be distributed to the beneficiaries at a cost of Rs.
