Prakasam Crime: A terrible incident happened in Prakasam district. The sexual harassment of girl students by the principal in-charge created a stir. According to the details given by the students, a person named Swarn Rajasekhar of Maddiralapadu village of Naguluppalapadu mandal is the principal in-charge of a private pharmacy college in Maddipadu mandal.
He holds a high position and has been misbehaving with girl students for some time. Due to this, students are facing serious problems. He used to call the girl students alone in the class room to his office room and sexually harass them.
He used to tease you that if you cooperated with him you would get good marks. He is threatening that he will complete the marks of internal and practical, otherwise he will fail. Due to this, the girl students did not bother with the in-charge Principal Swarna Rajashekhar and took shelter in the police station. He complained to the police on Thursday that the principal in-charge of the college was harassing him.
The police conducted preliminary investigation and registered a case against Swarn Rajasekhar. On this occasion, the police said that the case has been registered and investigation is going on. It has been told that the accused Swarn Rajashekhar will be taken into custody and interrogated. He said that appropriate action will be taken after the investigation is completed. Students are demanding strict action against him. The parents of the students are aware of this and they are also demanding action against Rajashekhar.

The stepfather who sexually assaulted the girl and the mother who helped him were sentenced to three years in jail in a POCSO case. Apart from this, Special Magistrate of POCSO Court K Nagamani gave the decision to impose a fine of Rs 2500. In 2021, in a family in the center of Vizianagaram, the parents were constantly quarreling, and the daughter went to live with her grandmother. She stays there and studies. The girl’s mother leaves her husband and lives with a man named Koduru Vijayakumar.
But the girl’s mother went to her mother to ask about the money. During that time Koduru Vijayakumar sexually harassed the girl. Mother also contributed in this. The girl ran away from them and lodged a complaint with the police. Then a POCSO case was registered against SI P. Shyama Devi and the accused were arrested. Charge sheet was filed in POCSO court. Lady PSCI Narasimhamurthy took steps to complete the prosecution.
POCSO Court Special Judge Nagamani sentenced both the accused as they were found guilty of sexually assaulting the girl and her mother was also an accomplice in it. Vijayanagar SP Vakul Jindal announced this case. SP Vakul Jindal congratulated the investigating officers on getting speedy punishment in the POCSO case.
