The Toyota Land Cruiser 300S UV has a V6 diesel engine. It produces 304 bhp peak power at 4,000 rpm and 700 Nm peak torque at 1,600–2,600rpm. The gear box is a 10-speed automatic unit. It is an all-wheel drive S. UV. There are also multi-terrain select (MTS) and multi-terrin monitor. These provide real -time help to navigate serious conditions.

The GR-S variant comes with GRS Black, Black, Dark Red Up Hollerstry. Toyota also provides four regions and sun roof climate control system.
