KCR: KCR is not coming to the assembly .. Order to disqualify .. Filed in the High Court!
Public interest litigation was filed in the Telangana High Court on Thursday 20 February. BRS chief K Chandrashekhar Rao should look into the assembly to perform his duty as the Leader of the Opposition. The petitioner asked the court to order the Speaker and its Secretary in this regard.
Vijaypal Reddy Petition ..
The petitioner appealed to him, “How to avoid the responsibility of the people. Declare KCR as an MLA.” If KCR is away from the assembly .. BRS working president KTR has been ordered to be nominated as one and one .. Kisan Sangh’s representative D Vijaypal Reddy filed a gene. The petitioner said, “Lopa should be raised about the problems faced by people, especially farmers, farmers.”

The petitioner asked the court to suggest a solution to the issue. The Speaker and his secretary have issued a legal notice on the issue of participating in the assembly on 1 February. But there was no response to them. D Vijaypal Reddy said that the High Court had to resort to intervention. The petition is expected to be heard next week.
Case in Supreme Court.
The disqualification of Telangana MLAs is already in the Supreme Court. BRS leaders and KTR have filed a petition to disqualify several MLAs. The Supreme Court has already repeatedly heard these petitions. Mlas Padi Caushik Reddy and KP Vivekanand have filed a special holiday petition (SLP) against the MLA Cadiam Srihari, White Wenkatrao and Danam Nagender.
Seven kils ..
The remaining seven Mlas Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, M Sanjay Kumar, Kale Yadayya, Bandla Krishnamohan Reddy, Prakash Goud, Goodem Mahipal Reddy, BRS Party, Party Working Pressure KTR and MLA Harish Rao. Against this background, KCR’s pilot has become the subject of debate.
