TG High Court Show on Theater: High Court important directions on children permission for all shows, prohibition on special shows
TG High Court on Distance: The High Court has once again issued important instructions on special shows in profit shows, premiere and Telangana theaters. It is clear that special shows are not allowed to be managed in theaters. However, the High Court has recently issued an order for multiplexes. It was ordered to allow children under 16 years of age. The High Court has amended the orders issued on 21 January. The next hearing was postponed on 17 March.
Ban on special show
The High Court has already ordered the state government to adopt the Cinematography Act in showing the show in cinema theaters. According to the Cinematography Act, the court has ordered that there should be no special show in theaters from 1:30 am to 8:40 pm. The state government was alerted in view of the recent Pushpa 2 movie benefit show at Sandhya Theater. Apart from the orders of the High Court, the government has also banned special shows.
In the last decision
Justice b. Vijay Seneredi recently made significant remarks on petitions filed by petitions filed on film tickets and management of special shows. The petitioner’s counsel told the court that allowing children to allow midnight show will have a serious impact on their health. In the back past, the arguments were agreed that children under the age of 16 should not be allowed to enter theaters from 11 am to 11 am. The state government has been asked to discuss the matter with all communities and make appropriate decisions.
Multiplex ownership interim petition
However, the multiplex owners filed an interim petition on the decision on 21 January. Applying restrictions on children’s entry is economically harmful. In an interim petition, the High Court has asked the High Court to raise the state government’s decision. The High Court, which agreed with these issues, has amended previous orders. The government has recently ordered that children below the age of 16 be allowed to enter theaters until the government’s decision is taken.
