The Malayalam action thriller film ‘Marco’ has been debated a lot. It has become popular in India. The film was a super hit in theaters. The film includes Unni Mukundan as a hero of over Rs 100 crore. However, there have been criticisms that the cruel scenes and violence in the film are very big and they have a bad effect on the society. Now the latest Marco film is to face.

TV screening ban

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has banned the broadcast of Marco on TV channels. The manufacturers rejected the application for selling satellite rights. The film has banned telecast on TV due to tremendous violent scenes.

Streaming in Otts ..

Marco film is currently streaming on Sony Liv OTI platforms in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada. The Telugu version is also available in Aha Oat. Amazon Prime Video is streaming in OTT in Hindi. However, it has been reported that CBFC has also proposed to the Center to stop the film OTT streaming.

Regional officer Nadeem Psychley wrote a letter to the Chairman of CBFC that the central government intervened and sent Marco film streaming in OTT platforms. If there is also a ban on streaming, then all three OTTs are likely to eliminate Marco image. It remains to be seen what the Central Broadcasting Department will decide.

Marco Cinema was released on 20 December at Malayalam Theater. The film includes Unni Mukundan as a hero. The film has violent scenes beyond animals and kills films and is most known as films.
