In 2003, the High Court issued an interim order in favor of the High Court, demanding that intermediate qualified persons have been appointed by the government, saying that some candidates have resorted to the High Court seeking to consider intermediate in this regard.

In the final orders issued in September the same year, the High Court has ordered a final list with SSC and MPHA training and continued the recruitment process. Some candidates have filed a writ petition challenging the final orders in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has issued a stay order on this.

In the final orders issued in 2011, the Supreme Court dismissed the petitions filed by the High Court in 2003, retained the ruling. To end this, 2324 posts have been appointed on the basis of merit cum roster. However, on the orders of the High Court and the Supreme Court, the government has issued orders to remove 1220 people in Andhra Pradesh and 260 in Telangana.

According to the recommendations of the Cabinet Deputy Committee, his nine -year experience was revealed and some of them were recruited. However, some of them had less qualifications and resorted to the High Court and again filed a petition. The petitions were dismissed in the orders issued by the High Court in 2015. He said that the government intends to address the issue of health assistants positively.
