Posani Krishna Murali: Vijayawada court shocked film star and YCP leader Posani Krishna Murali. Vijayawada CMM Court ordered remand to remand by 20th of this month. Posani Krishna Murali is in Kurnool district jail, on a petty warrant, Vijayawada was brought to Bhavnipuram police station. After medical examinations, Vijayawada appeared in court. The Bhavnipuram police have filed a case with Janasena leader Shankar that CM Chandrababu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, Minister Nara Lokesh and his family members have made unfair remarks on social media. As part of the case, petty warrant has been flown from Kurnool District Jail to Vijayawada. The court heard arguments from both sides and sent Posani Krishna Murali till 20th of this month.
In view of unfair comments, Posani has been informed in AP. These cases have been argued in courts in many districts. Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court of Kurnool district on Friday terminated in the Poison case case … it was argued that Pasoni was illegally sued by political misconduct.
However, the app Maheshwari has argued on behalf of the prosecution that the vocabulary used by Posi is very serious. He said that Posani’s words were to eliminate the fundamental rights of the victims and this bail would be affected by their evidence. Hearing the arguments of both sides, the court postponed this month’s hearing to 10.
Kadapa Court bail
The Kadapa court on Friday granted bail in the case filed in Annamayya District Obulant PS. However, the Palnadu District Narasaraopeta court issued an order on Friday, in which Pasoni was kept in custody of Randrosula. On the other hand, the hearing on the bail plea filed by Posani has been postponed on Monday.
Given the High Court
The AP High Court has ordered the police to work according to BNSS Section 35 (3) of Pasoni Krishnamuri. Pozani has filed a petition in the High Court to dismiss the cases registered in Vijayawada and Suryaraopet. Posani’s lawyers explained to the court that petty warrants were not implemented in these cases. Keeping these arguments in mind, the High Court has directed the police to take notice as per BNSS Section 35 (3) in the petitioner’s case.
The Suryopet police have filed a case against the Pasoni police with a complaint by Pavuluri Ramesh Babu of Vijayawada that a TV channel, company owner and company employees. Posani has demanded dismissal of these cases in the High Court.
