Posani Krishna Murali: Vijayawada court shocked film star and YCP leader Posani Krishna Murali. Vijayawada CMM Court ordered remand to remand by 20th of this month. In view of unfair comments, Posani has been informed in AP. These cases have been argued in courts in many districts. On the other hand, the hearing on the bail plea filed by Posani has been postponed on Monday.

Given the High Court

The AP High Court has ordered the police to work according to BNSS Section 35 (3) of Pasoni Krishnamuri. Pozani has filed a petition in the High Court to dismiss the cases registered in Vijayawada and Suryaraopet. Posani’s lawyers explained to the court that petty warrants were not implemented in these cases. Keeping these arguments in mind, the High Court has directed the police to take notice as per BNSS Section 35 (3) in the petitioner’s case.

The Suryopet police have filed a case against the Pasoni police with a complaint by Pavuluri Ramesh Babu of Vijayawada that a TV channel, company owner and company employees. Posani has demanded dismissal of these cases in the High Court.
