2025 Honda CBR650: Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) on Wednesday launched the 2025 CB 650R, the CBR650R middleweight motorcycle. The 2025 Honda CB650R is priced at Rs 9.20 lakh, while the 2025 Honda CBR650R full faired sports tourer is priced at Rs 9.99 lakh. All prices ex-showroom, Delhi. Features of 2025 Honda CB 650R

The updated Honda CB 650R features several latest updates compared to the previous version. It maintains the neo-retro style. Some changes have been made in the tail section for a sharp look. It will have a new 5 inch TFT display. It packs more data than before. Now Bluetooth connectivity is also available.

649 cc engine

The 649 cc inline four-cylinder engine in this sports bike produces 93.8 bhp of power at 12,000 rpm and 63 Nm of peak torque at 9,500 rpm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch. Other upgrades include Showa (SFF-BP) front forks and a monoshock at the rear. Braking performance is provided by dual radially mounted 310 mm floating discs at the front and 240 mm single disc at the rear with dual channel ABS. The CB650R is available in two colors: Candy Chromosphere Red and Matte Gun Powder Black Metallic.

2025 Honda CBR650R: Features

The new Honda CBR650R looks similar to the liter class CBR1000RR Fire Blade. This bike has a full fairing with split LED head lamp. Styling has become sharper than before. The rear section has been modified to give it an upward curved look. The 2025 CBR650R is available in two color options – Grand Prix Red and Matte Gun Powder Black Metallic.

Talking about the powertrain, the new CBR650R is powered by a 649 cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine that produces 93.8 bhp of power at 12,000 rpm and 63 Nm of torque at 9,500 rpm. It is worth noting that the e-clutch introduced by Honda in two middle weight bikes in 2023 has been left out for the Indian market. It has 41 mm Showa USD front forks and a monoshock at the rear. Braking performance comes from radially mounted dual 310 mm front disc brakes. The bike also gets dual-channel ABS, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), which is Honda-speak for traction control. The CBR650 offers a 5-inch TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity. Deliveries of the new CB 650R, CBR650R will begin at Honda Big Wing dealerships from February.
