Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Admission Schedule 2025-26 release: See the main details here!

The Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Education Board has issued a two -year intermediate course schedule. According to the official notification, the second year intermediate classes will start from April 1, 2025. The intermediate classes of the first year will start from April 7, 2025.

Schedule as per official notice:

Start with the sale of applications 1 April, 2025
Start entry 7 April, 2025
End of admission process May 31, 2025
Difference first year classes begin 7 April, 2025

The board has suggested that the principals should follow the reservation rule. Category-wise reservation cut-off can be found here.

  • For Scheduled Castes: 15%
  • For Scheduled Tribes: 6%
  • BC: 29%(A -7%, B -10%, C -1%, D&E -4%)
  • Children with special requirements (CWSN): 3%
  • NCC, Sports and Additional Programs: 5%
  • East -Soldier and Defense Employees living in the state: 3%
  • Economically Backward Classes (EWS): 10%
  • Of all seats, 33.33% or 1/3 should be reserved for girls.

Other important aspects:

  1. The difference should be entered according to the guidelines based on the marks obtained in the eligibility test. There should be no test for admission. The board said that it will take strict action against junior colleges that are entering on other evidence.
  2. Principal may initially make temporary entry on the basis of SSC Hall Ticket. However, admission will be confirmed after submission of SSC Pass Certificate or Digilakar Certificate issued by the school.
  3. Up to permissible classes, only 88 seats were ordered in each section. In the case of professional paramedical courses, only 30 people should be taken to each department. Sealing 40 for non-interacted courses. They should not enter the interleaded combinations in the board. Admission should be taken in additional classes only after the permission is issued by the board.
  4. The board has asked the college management to demonstrate the number of classes approved by the Intermediate Education Board for 2025-26 academic year, the number of seats in each section and the number of vacant seats at the entrance of the building. This information should be updated on a daily basis.
  5. Government / Private Aided / Private Joint / Co -Compassion / AP Residential / Social Welfare Residential / Tribal Welfare Residential / Publicity / AP Model Junior College udiseplus.gov.in The board asked to register immediately.
  6. It has issued a warning to private junior colleges not to release any rank for intermediate public examination to protect the interests of students and parents.
  7. The principals have advised the principals to include the father’s name and mother’s name in the admission register in the eligibility test record.
  8. Principals have been advised to take steps to ensure safety for girls.
