AP Bird Flu: ‘No need to worry about bird flu’ – CM Chandrababu review with ICMR team
The ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research) delegation came to the state on the recent death of a girl with symptoms of bird flu virus (H5N1) at Narshopet. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu held a review at the Secretariat on Friday.
After the visit of Narasaraopat, he discussed the reasons for the girl’s death with an ICMR team, which met him. Although the models collected from the girl have revealed H5N1 symptoms, other diseases have also caused the girl’s death. They have shown that eating non -eating meat, lack of immunity, leptospirosis (spread of rodents), and impure environment are also due to death.
Officials said there were no bird flu symptoms in the surrounding area and the survey was done with 8 teams. Apart from members of the child family … we have tested samples of relatives and locals … No one has bird flu symptoms. He explained that there is no need to worry about it. The Chief Minister has suggested to the officials of the State Medical Department on this occasion. Officials said anti -viral drugs have been prepared in the state.
Bird flu again in Telangana …!
