AP Fisheries Training: Training in Fisheries with 5th class qualification..Opportunity in National Fisheries Development Training

AP Fish Farming Training: Applications are invited for training classes on fish farming at Domestic Aquaculture Training Center at Badampudi in Eluru district. Those with 5th class qualification can apply for this training. Candidates for training in the 135th batch have to send their applications to the Assistant Director of Fisheries, Badampudi, Unguthuru Mandal, Eluru District by February 19, 2025.

Preference will be given to those studying in class 5th and above. Those who know how to read and write Telugu will get a chance. The age group of 18 years to 30 years has been declared eligible for this training. The selection committee can give relaxation in the age limit after taking special consideration. Experience certificate issued by the District Fisheries Department will also have to be attached with the application.

Fishermen, youth, fishermen, members of cooperative societies, other people interested in fish farming, people belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes of coastal district of Andhra Pradesh are eligible for this training.

20 seats are available for admission without stipend. Interviews will be held on February 20 at 11 am in Badampudi. The names of the people selected in the interview will be put on the notice board of the office at 4.00 pm on the same day.

Training classes for selected candidates will be conducted from March 1 to May 31, 2025. During the training period, the course teaches both instructional and practical aspects of fish farming in fish farms and reservoirs. Inter-training tests are conducted and certificates are issued to successful students.

Applications by downloading or typing the candidate’s biodata should be received by 19 February. The respective application forms will be issued by the concerned District Fisheries Officer, Eloor or Assistant Fisheries Director, Badampudi in their office. Candidates appearing for interview should bring their original certificates.
