AP GBS case: don’t worry about GBS disease
AP GBS cases: The government has been alerted by the increasing cases of Gulian Barry syndrome (GBS) in AP. Health Minister Satyakumar Yadav said that there is no need for GBS disease. Minister Satyakumar held a press conference with health officials at the Secretariat. GBS patients are being treated through healthcare. Proper immunoglobin injections are available in GBS patients. He said that it was not an infection and would be very low without treatment.
43 GBS Case
Minister Satyakumar said that 43G cases have been registered in the state so far. He said that currently 17 people are receiving treatment in various hospitals. Medical authorities have been ordered to see the causes of the disease and the reasons for pre -pheps. He is constantly reviewing cases. He said that there were enough immunoglobin injections to provide GBS victims. People do not need to worry. The disease decreases without the requirement of 85 percent of the treatment. 15 % injections are to be given. Injections are being supplied across the state.
Government machinery ready
749 injections are available in Guntur, Anantapur, Kadapa, Kakinada, King Mahendravaram and Viskha Gag, Minister Satyakumar said. In addition, there are 469 injections, including other GGHS. More injections will be purchased as required. Government machinery is ready to provide treatment to infected. Price of immunoglobin injection Rs.
