The posts of 146 assistant professors are being converted into super specialty departments in medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Notification for appointment has been issued through direct recruitment and lateral entry. The State Medical Services Recruitment Board has issued a notification. Posts are filled through interview. Interviews will be held on 24th of this month. The recruitment board wants to participate in the interview with interest and eligible candidates.

The posts of Assistant Professor in Super Features will have a PG degree (DNB/DM/MCH) in the relevant super feature of MCI/NMC recognized institutions. Local candidates are eligible for direct recruitment…. Non -Local candidates are unavailable. Monthly salary for Assistant Professor posts. It also has super special allowances of rupee.

Age limit…

1. Candidates participating in the interview for Assistant Professor posts should not exceed 42 years for OCS by March 13, 2025.

2. The age of 47 years should not exceed 47 years.

3. Divine candidates are not more than 52 years.

4. Exercise candidates should not exceed 50 years.

The merit list will be prepared for all the candidates who have implemented and fulfilled all eligibility rules. The selection list is based on merit list and roster points as per reservation rules. 100 marks are taken. Of these, 75 marks are allotted based on marks/grade obtained in degree. For those who do not have a memo or grade of PG marks, the percentage of marks is considered to be 50% (50% x 75 = 37.50).

10 marks will be allotted on the basis of weightage for years since the qualification test is passed. Each PG/PG Pass/Super Character is up to 10 digits per year. Candidates who have completed PG/Super Specialty from national institutions will be given 5 marks weight. There are 15 points for those who have served in government agencies. Similarly, people who work in the tribal area for six months will be given 2.5 points, two points for those in rural areas and one point for those working in urban areas.

Under the application fee, general candidates will have Rs 1,000 and BC, SC and ST candidates Rs 500. The application fee should be paid online only when the interview is done.

When is the interview…?

The interviews will be held on 24 March (Monday) from 10.30 am to 2 pm in the Director of Medical Education, Old GGH campus, Hanuman Peta, Vijayawada.
