AP Secretary: VROS demands to rationalize the rationalization of villages and ward secretaries
AP Village Ward Secretary: Rubileization of village and ward secretaries started in AP. Each cluster has two to three secretaries. Establishment of clusters and secretaries in AP Seva Portal. However, Village Revenue Officer (VRO) is concerned about the division of secretaries based on population. VROs want to rationalize the region based on popularity.
The state government has decided to rationalize the village and ward secretaries. As part of it, the state government has entrusted powers to the municipal commissioners and municipal commissioners for the establishment of a cluster and secretariat in the AP service portal. The government has decided to have two to three secretaries in each cluster. The employees of the secretariat were divided into three categories.
Village and ward secretaries will be rationalized on the basis of population. The employees of the secretariat will be taken into consideration after considering the population number. The state government has issued orders in this regard. As part of it, employees will be entrusted with the number of people in the respective districts. Squite personnel are being adjusted in respective branches. At present, there are 15,004 villages and ward secretaries (11,162 grams and 3,842 ward secretaries) across the state. However, about 15,498 employees will be accommodated in other branches. 1,15,196 employees are allocated on the basis of ministry.

The rationalization of secretaries is being done at the district level. Also in the districts of the respective areas. Secretaries with a population of 2,500 were divided into any category, 2,501 to 3,500 people and more than 3,501. The employees of the secretariat will be reduced to it. Out of 2,500 people, six (any category), 2,501 to 3,500, seven people (BEE category) and more than 3,501 are allocated to the Secretariat (Marine Category).

Officials say more than four thousand people are popular in a ministry. The rationalization is divided into three types. It is divided into multipurpose officials, technical officers and aspirations. After rationalization, Panchayat Secretary/ Ward Administrative Secretaries are known as a village/ ward chief. Zoning and District -level offices will be appointed for secretariat on secretaries.
What are the concerns of VRO?
Weavers are concerned about the justification process on the basis of village instead of the village. In each secretariat, one VRVO duties have to be performed, while the cluster system will have to perform two and three ministry duties. The VRO says that the revenue services provided by the secretaries are likely to delay. Revenue employees are concerned that citizens have opportunities to destroy VRVs.
Since two and three secretaries are the same VRVO, there is a possibility that the issue of confirmation will be slow. They also say that there is a possibility of increasing the burden on VRV.
