AP Weather Update: Surface circulation in Bay of Bengal..rainfall forecast in Costanera and Rayalaseema districts
Upper circulation continues in the Bay of Bengal. This resulted in moderate rainfall over Chittoor, Tirupati, Prakasam, Annamayya and Nellore districts. Also, a preliminary warning has been issued that there is a threat of Kallakkadal along the coasts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Officials have warned that there is a possibility of strong waves due to sudden rise in the sea on Wednesday night (January 15). 0.5 m in various parts of the coast till 11.30 pm.
