Appointment of Ramakrishna Rao as Telangana New CS

Senior IAS officer K Ramakrishna Rao has been appointed as the new general secretary of Telangana. The current CS Shanti Kumari is expected to clarify on 30 April. The Telangana government has appointed a new CS.

Of. Ramakrishna Rao is currently the Special Secretary of the Ministry of Finance. The state government has been working on the recruitment of new CS for the last few years.

Keeping in mind the six names

According to the seniority list of CS selection, Ramakrishna Rao and six officers were examined. Ramakrishna Rao has been appointed as CS in view of seniority and other aspects.

Ramakrishna Rao has been important in the Finance Ministry since 2014. He played an important role in making funds from the Center and making financial decisions.

In view of financial terms

The government feels that Ramakrishna Rao’s experience will be very useful given the economic conditions and other needs of the state government. The government on Sunday issued an order to appoint Ramakrishna Rao as CS. He will take over as CS on 1 May.
