Case of Chandrababu: CM Chandrababu in Supreme Court

Chandrababu’s case: AP CM Chandrababu Naidu Supreme Court has rejected the petition from CID to CID in Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has expressed displeasure over the petitioner on the other side. He warned that a word would be a very large jar.

CID has registered cases against the then opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu in the previous YCP government. Seven cases have been registered like Sand, Inner Ring Road, Drugs and Skill Development. CID has been investigating those cases since then.

However, the TDP alliance in the state came to power in the last election. Chandrababu became the Chief Minister. High Court lawyer B. Balaya has filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding the possibility of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is likely to affect the case.

The petition was heard by Justice Bela M Trivedi and Justice Balchandra Varlala on Tuesday by the Supreme Court judges. The petitioner, senior advocate Maninder Singh tried to listen to the argument. It intervened and said that it was a completely necessary petition. However, senior advocate Maninder Singh is preparing to listen to arguments. He expressed displeasure over him.

He was angry that a single word of the petition would be very big. The bench addressed senior advocate Maninder Singh that he did not expect that senior people like you would participate in such cases. The petition was rejected without hearing a single word.

Chandrababu also went to jail in a skill development case. Chandrababu has 53 days in Rajmundry Central Jail. He was later released on bail. In other cases, CM Chandrababu has been granted bail. Recently CM Chandrababu was honored. The Supreme Court has rejected the petition for CBI to abolish cases against CM Chandrababu in CID.
