CBN on Lokesh: Opportunities must be earned.. not inherited.. Chandrababu’s key comments on Lokesh

CBN on Lokesh: CM Chandrababu Naidu remarked that succession in any sector is easy and the slogan is easy to do business for Lokesh. The Chief Minister, who was participating in the World Trade Conference held in Davos, made these comments in an interview to media organizations. Chandrababu’s comments have gained prominence in the wake of the recent demand by ministers and MLAs to give Nara Lokesh the post of Deputy CM in Andhra Pradesh.

Chandrababu said that only those who would excel in any field would be given opportunities and Lokesh entered politics because it was easy to do business. Chandrababu made it clear that he had no intention of becoming a Union Minister.

CM Chandrababu remarked that succession in any field is a myth. Responding to questions on Lokesh’s legacy, Chandrababu said, ‘Opportunities will come due to surrounding circumstances and one can excel only when someone gives them. Chandrababu said that he is not dependent on politics for livelihood.

He said he started the family business 30 years ago. Lokesh said it was easier for him to take care of businesses and he came into politics to work for the people. Lokesh is satisfied with this and said that there is no such thing as political legacy in this matter.

As part of his visit to Davos, Chandrababu spoke to national media organizations that are doing branding promotion for the AP Pavilion. Recently, Chandrababu’s comments gained prominence after several TDP leaders demanded that Nara Lokesh be made the Deputy CM.

There will be no partisan action…

Babu clarified that legal action will be taken only after investigation into the corruption and irregularities that took place during the YCP government. He said that there will be no politically partisan action in this and anyone who does wrong or commits corruption will be dealt with as per the law. He said that there were cases against YCP President Jagan earlier also.

He said that BJP’s victory in Gujarat for five consecutive times has brought development and welfare there on a large scale. Babu said that Modi has become the Prime Minister for the third time and will become the Prime Minister for the fourth time also. He said that he is telling the people that development is possible only with a stable government and he also knows the reality. He said that the public has given the same success in the last elections with 93 percent seats and is convincing the industrialists to set up industries in the state.

On national politics…

Chandrababu has made it clear that he has no intention of entering national politics and becoming a Union minister. The NDA coalition government aims to rebuild AP as people have reposed their faith in the NDA government after seeing the destruction in AP during the previous government. He said that the Central Government is helping the state a lot. He said that Jagan can deceive people only once, never again. Responding to the irregularities in Adani’s power contracts, Babu said that the matter is pending in the US court and if there is accurate information then action will be taken.
