Former MLC Satyanarayana: Telangana worker, former MLC, senior journalist R Satyanarayan (60) breathed his last at his residence on Sunday. Family members said that Satyanarayana, suffering from prolonged illness, died today at his residence. Satyanarayana, a native of Medak district, started his career as a journalist during his degree studies in 1980. While working as a journalist for almost 25 years, he tried his best to raise many problems of the district and find solutions. He prepared many young journalists during his lifetime.

Resignation for Telangana

Satyanarayana, who was attracted to the Telangana movement launched by former CM KCR in 2001 and joined the BRS party, worked as the party’s joint district president and worked hard to strengthen the party. Fought the 2007 election and won as MLC. He also reluctantly renounced his position for the state of Telangana. Satyanarayana, who led the Telangana movement at the center of Sangreddy, has experience working as a member of the Telangana Public Service Commission after the state’s achievement.

Chief Minister’s condolence condolences

CM Revanth Reddy expressed deep condolences after hearing the news of Satyanarayana’s death. Appreciating his services as a journalist, MLC and worker, he said that Telangana state would never forget the services of Satyanarayana.
