GSWS Employees: Goodnues for Ward Secretariat employees .. Seniority List for Failing Order!

RDMA officials and municipal commissioners have been instructed to prepare their seniority list. The government has clarified that seniority list should be made to maintain service registers and district level cadres at the district level. A copy of the final seniority list has been suggested to be sent to the State Municipal Administration Commissioner and the Director Office.

About 38,000 employees are working in 3,842 ward secretaries in the state. Now, ward secretaries are divided by employees on popularity basis. Accordingly, the employees took steps to rationalize. It is divided into multipurpose officials, technical officers and aspirations.

Secretaries with a population of 2,500 were divided into any category, 2,501 to 3,500 people and more than 3,501. Out of 2,500 people, six (any category) (one category), 2,501 to 3,500 secretariat (bee category) were allocated, seven and more than 3,501 copy writing (sea category). Around 40,000 employees are abandoned with partitions of employees. They are used by the government for various activities in other departments.

Adjustment in other branches ..

The state government is preparing to ensure that about 15,000 villages and ward ministry employees are in other departments. In this context, recent Minister of State and top officials held a meeting. Employees of the village and ward ministry demanded promotion channel. As part of it, the municipal commissioners have been instructed to prepare a seniority list of the employees of the Ward Secretariat. This seniority will suit the list.
