Hyderabad: Bad news for drug addicts and meat lovers.. everything closed on Sunday!

Sunday is a special day for the people of Hyderabad. If Sunday comes, it is enough… one piece will have to be made at home. The drop has to come down. In many districts including Hyderabad, every Sunday mutton and chicken shops are more crowded than tea shops. Since it was a holiday, I also consumed two-three pegs. But that opportunity went away on Sunday 26th January.

This Sunday will be a dry day in Hyderabad. Not getting even an inch or a drop. The reason for this is that Republic Day falls on Sunday, 26 January. On the occasion of Republic Day, there is a ban on the sale of medicines and meat. Liquor shops and bars are also closed. Pubs do not open. Orders have already been issued to close liquor and meat shops on the occasion of Republic Day.

Officials have already warned that strict action will be taken if these orders are violated. The authorities have made it clear that the sale of liquor and meat should be banned within GHMC. Similar orders have been issued in all the cities of the state. Liquor and meat shops remain closed every 26 January, 15 August and 2 October on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

On special days..

Liquor shops across the country also remain closed on more special days. Authorities are taking precautions to prevent any kind of riots during the elections, liquor shops will remain closed. However, due to liquor shops being closed on Sunday, drug addicts have been standing in queues at the shops since Saturday afternoon. The vines will reopen on Monday, January 27.

Vijayawada Municipal Corporation has made it clear that all chicken, mutton and fish markets will remain closed on the occasion of Republic Day. It has been warned that if these orders are violated, strict action will be taken.
