Investment in Bajaj Auto KTM: Bajaj Auto Investment in KTM
Bajaj Auto will invest about Rs 1,360 crore for the European motorcycle brand KTM. Bajaj Auto -Netherlands -Besed AFTILIATE BAJAJ AUTO Intarnational Holding Beevi (Baihvv) has a 49.9 % stake in Piyreer Bajaj AG (PBAG) in Austria in Austria. Peer Mobility AG has a 75 % stake in KTM motorcycles. KTM said in November that an emergency fund was needed to save itself. There are reports that the creditors are also in consultation. KTM now needs investment to avoid bankruptcy.
Investment of Rs 1,350 crore
The company has now announced that the board has approved an investment of about Rs 1,350 crore in Bajaj Auto International Holdings Biwi in the Netherlands. This fund can be used to strengthen the KTM economy. It is not clear that Bajaj Auto will be the largest shareholder of KTM, or that Bajaj Auto Partnership Promoter, Austria businessman Stephen Pierre will donate the same amount.
