Investment in Hyderabad: Capitalland’s big investment in Hyderabad, contract to build IT park worth Rs 450 crore
Investment in Hyderabad: A delegation led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who visited Singapore, has signed another important agreement. Hyderabad Rs. Leading real estate company Capitaland has come forward to build a state-of-the-art IT park with an investment of Rs 450 crore. CapitaLand Company, one of the global real estate companies operating in Singapore, has announced that it will develop a massive IT park over an area of 10 lakh square feet in Hyderabad.
The decision was taken at a high-level meeting with representatives of CapitaLand along with CM Revanth Reddy, IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu and a group of senior officials. Special Chief Secretary to the government Jayesh Ranjan, Investment Promotion Special Secretary Vishnuvardhan Reddy, Special Secretary to CMO Ajith Reddy, India Trust Management CEO Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam, Senior Executive Director Manohar Kiyatani and others participated in these discussions.
CM Revanth Reddy welcomed CapitaLand’s decision. He remarked that the new IT Park launched by CapitaLand Group will be another milestone in the development of Hyderabad. The premium facilities demanded by blue chip companies and the growing demand for global capability centers will be available in the IT park built by CapitaLand. CapitaLand CEO Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam said that under the leadership of Revanth Reddy, Hyderabad has been steadily growing across all sectors and is happy to expand his company’s operations in Telangana.
CapitaLand has already acquired International Tech Park, Avance Hyderabad and Cyberpearl Park in Hyderabad. The 25 MW IT load data center announced earlier by the company will become available this year. The second phase of ITPH will start this year and will be completed by 2028.
The visit of CM Revanth Reddy’s team to Singapore concluded with special one-on-one meetings with leading business organizations and members of the Singapore Business Federation. CM Revanth Reddy, who visited Singapore along with officials of IT Minister Sridhar Babu, met representatives of several companies and held detailed discussions on various policies and opportunities for investment in Telangana.
