CM Revanth Reddy is making strong efforts to provide job opportunities to the youth of Telangana on a large scale. The World Economic Forum in Davos is being used for this purpose. Revanth’s team that visited Davos attracted investments worth thousands of crores of rupees. Investment contracts worth Rs 56,300 crore were signed on Wednesday alone.

Telangana government has signed an agreement with Sun Petro Chemicals for investment of Rs 45,500 crore. Control Ace has signed a deal worth Rs 10 thousand crores. JSW signed a contract worth Rs 800 crore. The government has also signed three major agreements with Megha Engineering. There will be an investment of Rs 15 thousand crores. An agreement was reached with Sky Route Company for Rs 500 crore. Expansion agreements were signed with HCL, Unilever and Wipro companies.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Industries and IT Minister Sridhar Babu and senior officials met Rishad Premji, the executive chairman of the famous Wipro company, who was on Davos visit. In this meeting, Wipro agreed to increase investment in Telangana. Wipro company has announced the expansion of its campus in Hyderabad. Another new IT center will be set up at Gopanapalli in the financial district. This will provide direct and indirect employment to additional 5000 people.

The government hopes that Wipro will become an important partner in the development of the IT sector in Hyderabad. Officials say the expansion of the Wipro campus will further boost the technology sector in the state. It is expected that employment opportunities will increase in the IT sector. The new IT center is expected to be completed in the next two years.
