Jansadharan Trains: Railway Goodnews, Jansaram special trains for Sankranti, additional coaches for Vande Bharat

Janasadharan Trains: Keeping in mind the public demand, East Coast Railway has decided to run Janasaharam special trains between Visakhapatnam-Cherlapalli to clear the extra rush of passengers during the Sankranti season.

There are special trains…

1. Train No. 08533 Visakhapatnam – Cherlapalli Jansamal Special train will depart from Visakhapatnam at 9.45 am on 10, 12, 15, 17 January and will reach Cherlapalli at 10.30 pm on the same day.

2. Train No. 08534 Cherlapalli – Visakhapatnam Jansadharan Special train will depart from Cherlapalli at 12.30 midnight on 11, 13, 16, 18 January and reach Visakhapatnam at 2.20 pm on the same day.

Both these trains run between Visakhapatnam-Cherlapalli via Duvvada, Anakapalle, Elamanchili, Tuni, Annavaram, Samarlakota, Rajahmundry, Nidadavolu, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Guntur, Sattenapalli, Pidguralla, Nadikudi, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda Railway. Stops at stations. It has Sitting cum Luggage Coach- 2, Second Class General Coach- 9, Unreserved Sleeper Class- 11 coaches.

3. Train No. 08537 Visakhapatnam – Cherlapalli Jansaram Special train will depart from Visakhapatnam at 6.20 pm on 10, 11, 15, 16 January and reach Cherlapalli at 8.00 am the next day.

4. Train No. 08538 Cherlapalli – Visakhapatnam Jansaram Special train will depart from Cherlapalli at 10 am on 11, 12, 16, 17 January and reach Visakhapatnam at 10 pm on the same day.

For Vande Bharat Express trains

Indian Railways has announced addition of additional coaches in 20833/20834 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express to meet the public demand and provide more comfortable and safe travel experience to the passengers. These trains will be upgraded with four additional Vande Bharat coaches starting from January 11 to further increase the speed and comfort of travel.

1. Train number 20833 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express will run with 20 coaches from January 11.

2. Train number 20834 Secunderabad-Vishakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express will run with 20 coaches from January 11. Executive Chair Car-2, Chair Car-18 Coaches.

six trains canceled

Six trains were canceled due to non-interlock works for the commissioning of the automated section between Regupalem-Narasingpalli section of Vijayawada division of South Coast Railway.

1. Train No. 17267 Kakinada-Visakhapatnam Express departing from Kakinada on January 11 has been cancelled.

2. Train No. 17268 Visakhapatnam-Kakinada Express departing from Kakinada on January 11 has been cancelled.

3. Train No. 08565 Visakhapatnam-Parvatipuram Special Express departing from Visakhapatnam on January 11 has been cancelled.

4. Train No. 08566 Parvatipuram-Visakhapatnam Special Express departing from Parvatipuram on January 11 has been cancelled.

5. Train No. 17239 Guntur-Visakhapatnam Simhadri Express departing from Guntur on January 11 has been cancelled.

6. Train No. 17240 Visakhapatnam-Guntur Simhadri Express departing from Visakhapatnam on January 12 has been cancelled. Railway officials said they deeply regret the inconvenience caused and have requested people to take note of these changes and plan their journey accordingly.
