Karthika Deepam 2 serial: Jyotsna murder plan foiled – Dashrath saves Dasu – Karthik sacrifices for daughter
Dasu decides to reveal the truth that Deepa is the original heiress of Shivnarayan’s house, and that Deepa is not Jyotsna and is not Dasharatha and Sumitra’s daughter. Shivnarayan comes home angrily. Jyotsna stops Dasu from telling the truth. Without even looking at his father, Dasu hits him hard on the head with an iron rod.
Dasu became unconscious due to Jyotsna’s attack. Unable to bear the pain, Dashrath comes out and Dasu shouts loudly that he is the brother. He sees Ghulam lighting the torch. He comes running to stop Jyotsna. On hearing about her father’s arrival, Jyotsna takes Dasu in the car and jumps from there.

Dasharatha chases Jyotsna’s car. Jyotsna brings a slave to the mango orchard. Jyotsna says to unconscious Ghulam why are you making me a murderer…don’t tell the truth so that you can listen to me. Dashrath is surprised to see the other form of his daughter. Dasuna wonders what Jyotsna is doing.

Jyotsna thinks that if she is alive, then no one who knows the truth about her should be alive. She wants to kill the slave with a nearby stone. The stone is lifted up to be thrown on the slave’s head. To stop Jyotsna, Dashrath blew the car horn. Hearing the sound of the horn, Jyotsna runs away fearing that she will be caught. Dasa is saved by Shivnarayan.

Kartik recalls the doctor’s words that Shaurya’s condition is critical and he should be kept in the hospital for a week. He thinks how and what to tell Deepa and Shaurya about this treatment.
