Kondagattu: A major temple in Telangana, Kondagattu Anjaneyasavami, is held twice a year. On the full moon day of Chaitra, Hanuman’s Little Jayati is celebrated on the day of Vaisha Multi Dasami Garibabhadra.
There will be a 41 -day period between Chhoti Jayati and Big Jayati in the hill. Small Hanuman Jayanti festivals are being organized for the 11th to three days of this month. More than one lakh Hanuman Diqsa Swami will visit Kondagattu for three days.
Officials have made extensive arrangements. Jagatila Collector Satya Prasad has already reviewed the arrangements with district officials twice. The concerned authorities have been instructed to complete the arrangements by the evening of the tenth day, so that devotees and fresh water facilities should be installed in view of the summer sun.
