Krishna Guntur MLC: Rajendra Prasad, who contested the election on behalf of the alliance, won the Krishna-Guntur Graduate MLC election. By the end of the 7th round, there were 1,18,070 votes. A total of 2,41,873 votes were lost and 21,577 were invalid. He was declared a winner with more than 50 percent of the votes.
