Krishna Water: Be cautious in AP .. Write a letter for the implementation of telemetry – CM Retirement Order
Chief Minister Revant Reddy has instructed the officials to release water as per the schemes of crops under various projects of the state. As soon as the sun rises, it is advisable to take enough precautions to avoid drying crops. Irrigation department officials have been alerted to be vigilant for the next three months from time to time.
CM has reviewed water reserves and irrigation for crops in the state, along with irrigation minister Uttam Kumar Reddy. Srisailam, Nagarjunasagar and Essrspie have been asked about water reserves and water use in major projects.

He said that water should be used effectively in projects and collectors should take a special initiative to prevent irrigation and drinking water. The next three months will be important and will increase the demand for irrigation, drinking water and electricity in all parts of the state. Chief Minister Revent Reddy directed the necessary schemes to hold meetings with the concerned officials and to make necessary schemes for the districts.
The collectors of the respective districts have been ordered to review immediately with the concerned irrigation engineers on the release of water crops and water under the Nagjunsagar and Essespie projects. Telemetry policy solution is ..
Chief Minister Revant Reddy said that the use of Krishna water from Srisalam and Nagarjunasagar should be cautious. The Chief Minister said that the telemetry policy is a solution to prevent Andhra Pradesh from transferring more water than a fixed quota.
Officials have brought in the notice of CM that the AP government is not coming forward to pay half the cost of implementing the telemetry policy. Irrigation Chief Secretary Rahul Bozni has ordered that our government pays for the implementation of the telemetry policy and immediately take a letter to KRMB to take immediate steps to implement the telemetry.
Chief Minister Revent Reddy recalled that it was the responsibility of the Central Water Society to distribute water shares and calculate the use of water shares. The central government is responsible for not carrying more water than a fixed stake. Officials have been ordered to immediately complain to the Center on the issue of water.
