KTR Case: KTR did not get relief even in the Supreme Court.. Supreme Court rejected the petition.

KTR did not get relief from the Supreme Court. Supreme Court rejected KTR’s petition. Formula- KTR filed a petition to cancel the FIR in this car case. The apex court did not consider KTR’s quashing plea. Telangana High Court has already rejected KTR’s petition. KTR seems to be shocked by this.

ED investigation

With the Supreme Court dismissing the quashing petition, KTR will attend the hearing of ED officials tomorrow (Thursday, January 16). ED officials will interrogate KTR at 11 am. The Formula E-Race matter will be investigated. However, ED officials have made it clear that KTR had not informed them that he would be appearing with any lawyer.

ACB investigation..

On January 9, ACB officials had interrogated KTR for 6.30 hours in the Formula-E race case. The investigating officer of this case, DSP Majeed Khan, asked questions to KTR. Joint director Ritiraj supervised the investigation. KTR’s lawyer Ramachandra Rao was allowed to watch the hearing from another room. ACB officials made it clear that whenever called, they should join the interrogation.

I answered

After the ACB investigation, KTR spoke to the media and made important comments. He said that he has fully cooperated in the ACB investigation. KTR said he answered the questions asked by the ACB to the best of his knowledge. He said he didn’t know when he would be called again… this was the worst case.

Where is the corruption..

‘You don’t even know what you are doing under political pressure. I told the officials that this was an absurd case. Four-five questions were asked in 40 different ways.. Nothing new was asked. I am telling myself that I have sent the money. He says he has received the money. When asked where corruption took place in this, KTR commented.
