KTR House Arrest: BRS leaders put under house arrest by police during celebrations. After the brawl in Karimnagar on Sunday, MLA Kaushik Reddy was arrested by the police from Jubilee Hills on Monday night. BRS expressed anger on this. BRS working president KTR and former minister Harish Rao were put under house arrest by the police on suspicion that the BRS leaders might come to Karimnagar as Kaushik Reddy was to be produced before the judge on Tuesday.

Heavy police deployment was made at the houses of BRS leaders in Gachibowli and Kokapet in Hyderabad. The leaders were stopped from coming out of their homes. In the wake of the arrest of Huzurabad MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy, BRS leaders have been kept under house arrest without any agitation.

Several cases have been registered against Kaushik Reddy for misbehaving and insulting Jagityala MLA in the review meeting of Karimnagar district. Kaushik Reddy was arrested on Monday night while returning from a program organized by a news channel in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Medical examination of Padi Kaushik Reddy was conducted at Karimnagar Three Town Police Station on Tuesday morning. Later he was produced before the Second Additional Judicial Magistrate.
