JSW MG Motor India has launched 2025 model MG Heator in the Indian market. Prior to this, the price of showerroom is Rs 13.99 lakh. The 1.5-liter petrol engine associated with manual transmission or CVT automatic transmission is now running with E20 compliance petrol. JSW MG Motor India has taken action as per the instructions given by the Government of India to ensure that gasoline -based vehicles should be compliant after April 1, 2025. JSW Mg Motor India offers MG Heator with two engine options. They are a 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine, 2.0-liter diesel engine. The Turbo Petrol variant produces a maximum of 142bhp power and 250Nm maximum torque. The diesel engine used in many other SUVs including Tata Harrier, Jeep Compass, Tata Safari and Jeep Meridian produces maximum 168bhp power and 350Nm maximum torque.
6-speed manual transmission
Two engines are usually associated with a 6-speed manual transmission. For those interested in automated trans missions, only petrol engines are available. It includes a CVT automatic trans mission. A dual clutch automatic transmission was provided for the first petrol engine. But fuel capacity and lack of slow response were stopped. There is no automatic transmission option in the diesel version.
