Layout Regularization Scheme: Good news of Telangana Government on LRS, 25 % subsidy if you pay fees by 31 March

Layout Regularization Scheme: Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramark and ministers Pongulati Srinivas Reddy and Sridhar Babu made a review on the Le -Aout Regulation Scheme (LRS) on Wednesday. The state government has decided to implement the LRS scheme as more armored plots to regulate plots in unauthorized layouts. The ministers have decided to give 25 percent subsidy to increase the speed of LRS scheme. The poor are capable of purchasing non -princely plots for the last four years till 31 March across the state.

Fees exempted

10 percent of the plots will be given an opportunity to regulate the remaining plots in the registered layout. The committee of ministers has decided to pay 25 percent subsidy on paying regularization fee by 31 March. The ministers have been ordered to be vigilant against the land in the restricted list. The offices of the sub -Registrar have to pay and register the plot. The ministers said that the government received 25.67 lakh applications for LRS. The ministers said that out of these, 25.53 lakh applications for the plot are 0.13 lakh applications.
