LRS Telangana: HMDA has taken special measures to address the regulation of unauthorized layout (LRS) applications. Relief centers for applicants were established in zonal offices. A call center has been installed in HMDA to increase doubt on LRS applications. If you suspect LRS, you can call toll free number 1800 599 8838. The government has ordered that eligible applications should be resolved rapidly in the layout regularization scheme. Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramark has already announced that 25 percent subsidy will be given to those paying regularization fees by 31 March.

25% discount for pre -payment
The owners of the qualified plot pay an application fee by 31,2025 March to get a discount of 25% on the Layout regularization fee and the Pro-Rata Open Space Fee. HMDA has announced that the payment will be processed within 10 days.
LRS conditions amendment
The Telangana government has recently amended the rules to allow the unauthorized layout to be regularized. Procedure of any application
