Central government’s response
Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav made a post on Twitter refuting Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s comments. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, who heads the parliamentary committee on communications and information technology, said he will issue summons over Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s statement. He said that the organization should apologize to the Indian Parliament and the people of the country for this mistake.
