In addition to six airbags in 10 of the new Maruti Suzuki Alto, security facilities like electronic stability program, rear parking sensors, anti-locking braking system, electronic brake distribution and three-point seatbelt.

Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 Engine

Maruti Suzuki has not made any changes to the Alto K10 engine. It comes with 998 cc and three-cylinder natural aspirated engine. It produces a maximum power of 65 bhp at 5,500 rpm and 89 Nm maximum torque at 3,500 rpm. It is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox or 5-speed AMT. Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 also has a CNG model. While working on CNG, the maximum power decreases to 55 bhp at 5,300 rpm. The maximum torque of 3,400 rpm is 82.1 Nm. It is associated with only 5-speed manual gearbox. CNG has no automatic transmission.
