Microscope Review: Microscope Review – How is Nazariya Nazim Malayalam Crime Comedy Thriller Movie?

Mukhanudarshini Review: Nazriya Nazim’s heroine Malayalam film Mukhanudarshini was released as a short film and became a huge success. The film, which started with a crime comedy thriller plot, made profits more than ten times the investment made by the producers. Basil Joseph played an important role in this film directed by MC Jithin. What to say about this movie which was recently released on Disney Plus Hot Star OTT in Malayalam as well as Telugu?

Dear inquiry…

Priya (Nazriya Nazim) has completed her degree in Microbiology and is trying to get a job. Priya lives a happy life with husband Antony (Deepak Parambol) and daughter. Mixes with everyone around. Manuel (Basil Joseph) lands next to Priya with his mother Gracie. Priya found Manuel’s behavior strange on the first day. Manuel’s mother Gracie has Alzheimer’s disease.

She leaves the house twice without telling Manuel. Manuel filed a police complaint regarding his mother’s disappearance. Priya accidentally sees Gracy in Manuel’s house and Priya suspects that Manuel is playing some drama by hiding her mother in the house. Will Manuel go undercover to investigate what’s going on at the house?

What did Priya’s search reveal? What happened to Manuel’s mother? What terrible truth does Priya discover about Gracie’s daughter Diana? What secret experiment is Manuel doing at home? How does Priya expose the true nature of Manuel who pretends to be nice? This is the story of this film.

5 crore budget 55 crore collection…

Malayalam directors have proven time and again how to make good films with interesting…innovative ideas in a limited budget. One movie that should be on this list is Microscope. Made in Malayalam with a budget of just Rs 5 crore, this film had collected more than Rs 55 crore.

Crime comedy thriller…

Women are always interested in the things around them. It seems that director MC Jithin has taken inspiration from Common Point and written this story as a crime comedy thriller. The story of this film is about how an ordinary middle-class housewife solves a murder mystery who is curious to know what is happening next door. The film keeps you laughing till the end and gives suspense.

Unlike regular movies…

Commercial elements like fights, heroes and villains attacking each other that are found in regular murder mystery films are not seen in this film. How are they for a period in real life? By naturally showing the kind of conversations that happen in a women’s WhatsApp group, the director succeeds in telling the story by establishing the story and characters.

Mystery with humor…

The film revolves around Manuel secretly planning an experiment at home with his relatives and his gang’s investigation to find out about the secret operation. The way the director has written this scene with a mixture of humor and suspense is good. The director kept the mystery of Manuel’s mother’s life intact till the end.

He kept revealing every twist right from the pre-climax. Especially the scene where the identity of the real villain is revealed is surprising because the main core point is a sensitive topic, the director has not mentioned much about it in the movies.

The more interesting thing is…

The opening scenes are boring. The story seems somewhat backward in trying to delve deeper into Manuel’s character. It would have been better if the investigation scenes had been written in a more interesting manner.

100 marks to Basil Joseph…

Nazriya Nazim has breathed life into the role of Priya. Her comedy timing in the role of an average housewife who solves the neighbour’s mystery makes for a laugh. Impressed with the emotional acting in the end. He carried the entire film on his shoulders. Basil Joseph’s acting in a character with positive looking negative shades can be scored 100 points. Creating villainy by showing softness and smile on the face is a new thing. Along with Manohari as Manuel’s mother, Priya gang members Akhila, Marilyn and Pooja Mohanraj settle into their roles.

A new kind of crime comedy film

Muhanuddarshini is a new type of crime comedy thriller film. Laughing and sharing the thrill till the last scene. This is a must watch film for crime movie lovers.
