MLC Election Voting: MLC Election Voting -48 hours silent period, special holidays for government employees
MLC Election Voting: Returning Officer and Karimnagar Collector Pamela Satpathi said that Medak -Nizamabad -Karimnagar -Dilabad Graduate and Teacher MLC MLC will be implemented in view of 48 -Pakh’s silent period in view of the election voting. As part of the silent period, the Election Commission has banned the ban on 25.02.2025 from 4.00 pm to 27.02.2025 from 4.00 pm.
In view of this, Collector Satpathi suggested that whatever political SMS and wholesale SMS should not be sent during the silent period, not to organize public meetings, processions and meetings. Messages are closely monitored on social media. In the silent period, the Public Representation Act, 1951 and Election Conduct Code of Conduct 1961, will be investigated in violation of the restriction orders in the silent period.

The Collector suggested that all FST, SST, MCC and police officers should be vigilant and conduct extensive investigation in welfare pavilions, hotels and houses. The Returning Officer and Collector said that the orders of the Election Commission were banned on Section 126 (1) (1) (1) (1) of the opinion poll and exit poll 1951.
Section 144 will be implemented by the end of MLC elections in the respective districts. The Returning Officer and Collector said in a statement that the guidelines issued by the Election Commission should be followed.
Special simple holiday for employees
District Collector Pamela Satpal said that a special regular holiday is applied to government employees to exercise their franchise in MLC elections on 27th of this month. Graduates and teachers registered for MLC elections will implement this particular holiday to use their vote. Employees and workers who have graduated voting rights are working in business, commercial, industrial organizations or other private management and officials, and demanded that the owners be allowed to exercise their right to vote.
Private employees and workers have been asked to provide facilities such as shifts, reduction in duty hours and late attendance to vote for MLC elections. The Collector urged all public and private employees to avail special regular holidays and leave use.
