National Games: High Court orders one shop attitude..AP players who participate in national games without shop logo

National Sports: The AP High Court on Friday ruled that the AP Olympic Association should represent Andhra Pradesh teams in the 38th National Games to be held from January 28 to February 14 in Uttarakhand. The High Court has ordered the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (Shop), AP Archery, AP Athletic, AP Judo, AP Judo and Andhra Kabaddi associations to follow the guidelines issued by the Indian Olympic Association for sending players from the state.

On the other hand, AP Olympic Association says that even after the court’s decision, they have not received any contribution and information from the shop and there is no information that representatives of the shop are participating in the national games. AP Olympic Association has announced that it will protest in front of the Prime Minister on the first day of the Prime Minister’s Day with a shop logo and without the AP logo in the parade

The petition was filed by the AP Olympic Association in the wake of a conflict between several sports associations over representing the national team. Olympic Association President Purushottam alleged that the state government and the government’s SAP were waiting for months to help the AP players. He told The Hindustan Times that the AP team players will participate in the parade in the presence of the Prime Minister without the state logo in protest against the government’s attitude.

Last Friday, the High Court made it clear that the AP Olympic Association had the power to send sports teams from AP for the National Games. The High Court is of the view that the State Government is not following the orders issued by the High Court Division Bench on the selection of players and the guidelines issued by the Indian Olympic Association. The AP Olympic Association believes that the State Olympic Association is responsible for sending sports teams to the National Games. High Court single judge Manmadhrao delivered the verdict on Friday.

Three years of refusal to help…

The state government has not been supported with the politics of sports clubs by the state government for the last three years. AP Olympic Association players participating in the national games in Gujarat and Goa have accused the government of not helping one person. He alleged that the AP Olympic community was representing teams at the National Games for the third consecutive year and did not help Necza win the Games.

AP Olympic Association questions how to ban national games in 2029. It is clear that 115 people have reached Uttarakhand on behalf of AP Olympic Association and they will participate in the games without the logo of the state government. Some in the government are acting as a faction and have demanded the Chief Minister’s intervention in the matter.
