New chapter in construction of double bedroom house: Beneficiaries are flexibility, Rs. 5 lakh financial assistance
Hyderabad: The state government has taken an important decision to fulfill the dreams of the poor in Telangana. If the contractors do not come forward to complete the incomplete double bedroom houses, the beneficiaries will be able to complete the houses. Under this scheme, construction of each house is Rs. State Revenue, Housing and Information and Civil Relations Minister Pongulati Srinivas Reddy said that the government will provide financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh.
Minister Pongulat on Monday made a high -level review with officials on the construction of Indramma House, Double Bedroom House and infrastructure at the Secretariat.
A new way for incomplete homes:
As part of the inideramma houses survey, the minister said that incomplete double bedroom houses are being allotted to eligible beneficiaries who have no place. He said that the government has so far decided to complete the houses in the construction policy under the construction system of contractors.
Criticism of previous government:
Minister Pongulati has criticized the immediate work of providing shadow for the poor, but the last government, which ruled the state for nine and a half years, has ignored the task. “All the people of the state have left the promise to build a double bedroom house,” he said.
The minister criticized the completion of only 60,000 houses in ten years and has completely ignored the minimum facilities like drinking water, cement roads, drainage and electricity.
Progress of public government:
After his government came to power, infrastructure facilities in double bedroom homes. Minister Pongulti said that Rs 640 crore has been completed and 98,000 beneficiaries have already been allocated. He said that 69,000 houses were incomplete in various construction stages and will be completed in BLC mode. For this purpose, the authorities have been instructed to identify the eligible beneficiaries and allocate them quickly.
2.65 lakh inideramma beneficiaries approval documents:
This year, Rs. Minister Pongulati said that the government is ready to build 4.50 lakh Inderima houses with 22,500 crores. As part of this target, grant letters have been issued to 2.65 lakh beneficiaries. The minister said that 71 thousand houses are grinding so far and about 3000 houses have been completed to walls and slabs.
