Telangana government affidavit in Supreme Court
The Telangana government on Monday filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court in the cases of Kanch Gachibovali land. The Supreme Court will hear on 16 April. In this affidavit, the Telangana government has made it clear that Kancha Gachibovali lands are public land. The Telangana government has explained to the Supreme Court that these land have central universities, other institutions and bus stands. The government has made it clear in the affidavit that trees have become a forest area as the court has been in dispute over more than 400 acres of land for more than 20 years.
CS Shanntikumari has been in Delhi for the last two days, due to a dispute over the Kanch Gachibovali land deal with senior lawyers. The affidavit was then prepared. It was filed in the Supreme Court on Monday.
