Sanchar Sathi Mobile App: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) launched the Sanchar Sathi mobile app on Friday, January 17, 2025, with an aim to protect consumers from fraudulent calls and messages. Through this app, users can flag such fraudulent calls and messages directly from their mobile phone call logs.

Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said, “This Sanchar Sathi program provides a secure environment that protects the privacy and security of every customer.” Scindia has launched two more programs like ‘Vision for National Broadband Mission 2.0’ and ‘Intra Circle Roaming on 4G Mobile Sites’ with the funds from ‘Digital Bharat Fund’.
