Chaitanya Jain is a resident of Balaghat, a small town in Madhya Pradesh. He completed his schooling in Balaghat itself. After higher secondary, he completed engineering in computer science. He belongs to a businessman Marwari Jain family. His father owns a hardware store. Hardware Wholesalers, Retailers. After 10th class, Chaitanya Jain used to work at his father’s shop. Gradually he became interested in business. Later they got married. His wife is a software engineer. Working as a consultant at Capgemini, Hyderabad.

When he discussed starting a new business with family members, they opposed the idea. He asked me to take over the family business. But after much discussion they agreed. Later, while starting his own business, he faced many difficulties related to government policies. After about 6 months he finally started the construction of the building for his factory. It took another six months to complete the building and production finally began after 1 year. In his view, business is about courage, patience and dedication. These are all the lessons he learned in his entrepreneurial journey.

One day he saw some civil engineers using some special chemicals while making chimneys. He went to them and inquired about the product they were using. He replied that these are various types of construction chemicals that are used for waterproofing and strengthening cement. He did some research about those chemicals as they were new in the Indian market, where he got the idea that the future market would be good for construction chemicals as India is a developing country in the infrastructure sector.

Collaboration with BYST

Chaitanya Jain has been associated with BYST for the last 3 years. From BYST (Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust BYST) he got Rs. Financial assistance and guidance assistance of Rs 2 lakh. Later he started his new company VANYA CONCRETE TECHNOLOGIES. It provides waterproofing solutions, structure rehabilitation services etc. Chaitanya and his friend Varun started this business in 2020 in collaboration with BYST. Rs. for purchase of new machinery, business expansion and guidance support from BYST. BYST helped him in providing a loan of Rs 15.5 lakh.
