jobs in the beginning
After completing his course, he was selected for apprenticeship at Thomson Instruments. There he earned the reputation as ‘the best worker’. After his apprenticeship, he worked in Gudur for Rs. 30,000 and started his own company. He named it ‘Battery Hydro Meter’. But at one time he got into financial trouble. The banks did not come forward to give him loan. So eventually they closed the business. Later, he started a roadside glassware business. This made his parents very sad. Meanwhile, his relative who was studying in Hyderabad asked him to come to Hyderabad, where there are more job opportunities. With his support Shiva joined PH Technology in 2003. But when he realized that his superiors were not interested in teaching work to their juniors, he left the organization. After this he joined PH Ionics. Then his salary was Rs. 6,500/. To compensate for the low salary he continued his part-time jobs at night.
Another company in 2007
In 2007, he entered into a partnership agreement with two partners to form Zealus Scientific Systems. Mr. Reddy invested 40 lakhs in it and Mr. Bharani came with marketing skills. Shiv Shankaraiah invested Rs 1.50 lakh with his technical know-how. But after a year of differences between the partners, they closed the company. Due to which Rs. He suffered a loss of Rs 3 lakh. He accomplished this by taking loans from his relatives.
To commit suicide..
At this time he also wanted to commit suicide. He no longer wanted to work in Hyderabad. So, he moved to Ambala, Ahmedabad and worked there for a year. In 2009 he returned to Hyderabad and resumed his part-time job with the same old burner, LPG cylinder. He started doing small jobs. Gradually he got fame all around.
One Sill Glass Tech launched

In 2017, Shiva learned about BYST from a bank manager and contacted the organization. He was given Rs. Financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh. This helped him a lot in expanding his business. He also received excellent guidance support. Although not from a technical background, Shri DS Rao (from a defense background) was Shiva’s biggest inspiration.
