TDP Office Attack Case: TDP Office, Chandrababu Niwas

TDP office attack case: YCP leader Davinani Avinash, Jogi Ramesh, Lalala Appi Reddy, Talshila Raghuram and Gavaskar have been accused of attack on the TDP office and Chandrababu Naidu’s residence. The Supreme Court has granted pre -Bell bail. On September 4, 2024, Davini Avinash and Jogi Ramesh and all YCP leaders denied bail to the State High Court. YCP leaders approached the Supreme Court. On Tuesday, the petition was heard by Justice Sudarshu Dulia and Vinod Chandran of Justice by the Supreme Court judges.

Supreme Court is Supreme Court for Sharatulive YCP leaders

The YCP granted some bail by providing pre -Bell. The YCP has ordered the leaders to fully support the investigation. It warned that the bail orders would be canceled if they do not help in the investigation. The petitioners were ordered to hand over the passport. The proceedings made it clear that they would go abroad without informing the investigating officer.

Three years later, a new issue has been changed following allegations of attack on Vibini Avinash’s senior advocate Kapil Sibal, Kapil Sibal, alleging that 88 people were attacked. He said that he suffered minor injuries contrary to the FIR and mentioned in the complaint. The accused, Avinash, said in the CCTV footage, which was seen. He was asked to bail.

In the context of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, senior advocate Siddharth Lutyra opposed Pre -Bell to YCP leaders. He said that after the court issued a mid -time, they were not cooperating and they could not provide details of their phone. The accused said that Avinash was trying to go abroad.

Kapil Sibal intervened and said that this is a political matter and the passport has already surrendered. He said that the AP High Court had already granted regular bail to 30 people who were involved in the attack. The day of the attack on the TDP office, Davini Avinash was not there and there was no evidence of his participation.

Jogi Ramesh’s senior advocate Siddharth Dave has been heard. He said that there were no YCP leaders in the event of an attack in the TDP office in 2021, but the government would be involved in the party’s achievement. Three years later, people who are not in the case have been included as the new accused. He said that he had registered cases like 307 and demanded treatment from factional works. The Supreme Court has given a prior battle with the sanctuary.

YS Jagan protects every worker and leader

YS Jaganmohan Reddy has said that YS Jaganmohan Reddy is protecting YCP leaders and leaders, who have been persecuting YCP leaders since the TDP was won. Three years ago, attacks, now in new cases, have been tortured by 128 people.

He said that the Supreme Court had granted anticipatory bail and everyone would be afraid of everyone. YS Jagan has ordered to fight for workers and leaders and every YCP worker and leader should be pronounced. Government lawyers have tried to get bail to someone. Davini Avinash and Jogi Ramesh among AA sections

When the YCP was in power in October 2021, Davinani Avinash is in the middle of September last year. He has registered cases under sections 147, 148, 452, 427, 323, 506, 324, 149, 326, 307, 450, 380, 109 and 120B. Jogi Ramesh has registered cases under sections 143, 324, 506, 188, 269, 270 and 149.
