Telangana government’s entry into sports schools .. seats, eligibility, selection process

The Telangana Sports Authority is operating sports schools to train students from an early age. However, many are waiting for entry. now is the time. Telangana sports schools have become the process of admission to fourth grade. The selection process will be held for the year 2025-26.

Seats details

The selection process is for Hakimpet, Karimnagar and Adilabad sports schools. Hakimpet Boys -20 seats, Girls -20 seats. Karimnagar Boys -20 seats, Girls -20 seats, Adilabad Boys -20 seats and Girls -20 seats are there. This means 60 boys and 60 girls out of 120 seats.

Selection process

It should be remembered that the selection process is done in three ways. The zonal level selection is held between 16-06-2025 and 19-06-2025. A district level will be selected between 23-06-2025 and 26-06-2025. The state level will be selected from 01-07-2025 to 05-07-2025. This is based on the merit of their selected.

Physical Testing (27 marks)

30 meter flying stars, standing body jump, 800 meter runs, 6×10 meter shuttle run, medicine ball throw, vertical jump, flexibility test, height, weight. These tests are done. This includes 3 digits. A combination of 27 digits.

medical tests: Age verification, poster, bone AB generality test.

Birth dates: Born between 01-09-2016 to 31-08-2017. This means that it is 8 to 9 years old.

Online registration will be from 07-06-2025. Students can enter details on www.tgss.telangana.gov.in. The notification states that the concerned District Sports and Youth Department Officer should be contacted for the location, date and other details of the examination.
